Barrowcliff Blossom

Heather keeps bees in her garden in Barrowcliff, and her Barrowcliff Blossom is Scarborough honey made right on the doorstep. As a Yorkshire beekeeper, she lets her bees do the choosing. They forage across the neighbourhood, working the gardens, trees, allotments and parks nearby, so every jar is a mixed blossom honey that tastes of the place it came from. No two seasons are quite the same. What flowers, and when, shapes the colour and flavour, which is half the charm of buying honey made this close to home. If you live in or around Barrowcliff, there’s a good chance Heather’s bees have visited a garden near yours. Message her on WhatsApp to ask about jars and availability.
