Richards’ Apiaries

Richards’ Apiaries is a small scale Yorkshire beekeeper producing award winning Shipley honey and wax. Our bees live across two apiaries, one in Shipley and one up on Otley Chevin, so the honey picks up a bit of character from each spot. We keep things small on purpose. It means we can look after the bees properly and take real pride in every jar that leaves the apiary. We harvest in spring and summer, and the honey has won awards, which still makes us smile. Right now we’re supplying 340g jars for £6, sold from the doorstep in Shipley, with local delivery if that’s easier for you.
