High Trees Honey is a family-run apiary offering delicious, small-batch honey. With bees kept locally across the North Downs and Surrey Hills, our hives forage across diverse gardens, hedgerows, woodland, and farmland. This means our honey’s flavour profile varies beautifully with the changing seasons and local Surrey forage.
