Woodside Farm Honey

Woodside Farm Honey is a truly local product, extracted from hives nestled in the countryside between Fletching, Piltdown and Nutley.

Our bees forage across nearby crops, wildflowers, hedgerows and woodland, gathering nectar that reflects the character of the surrounding landscape. The result is a natural, unblended honey with a flavour shaped by the seasons and the local environment.

Some jars may already be set, while others remain runny. This is completely natural. Over time, all pure honey will crystallise. If you prefer it runny, simply stand the jar in very warm, not hot, water and it will gently return to a smooth, flowing consistency.
