At Staincross Apiaries, honey is not a mystery product on a shelf. It has a place, a season, and a beekeeper behind it.

Based on a family-run smallholding overlooking the rolling hills of the Pennines, we produce pure, raw honey directly from our own hives. Every jar is harvested on site across our 30-acre homestead, with care taken at every stage, from hive to jar.

Visitors are always welcome. You can see inside the hives, learn how bees really live and work, and experience beekeeping up close. You may also meet a few inquisitive free-range chickens along the way.

Our honey is unpasteurised, so it is never flash-heated and retains its natural enzymes and character. It is lightly strained rather than filtered, removing wax while keeping the pollen and nutrients that define true raw honey. It is always 100 percent local and fully traceable.
