South Lakes Honey Company produces pure raw honey from hives located in the beautiful South Lakes region of Cumbria. Based in Pennington near Ulverston, this family-run beekeeping business is passionate about producing high-quality local honey that reflects the rich natural environment of the Lake District.

The apiary is situated within a picturesque agricultural estate featuring native apple orchards, natural streams, flourishing horticultural areas and expanding wildflower habitats. These diverse forage sources allow the bees to collect nectar from a wide variety of flowers, creating honey with distinctive flavour, character and seasonal variation.

All honey is gently handled to preserve its natural enzymes, pollen and beneficial nutrients. Never heavily processed, each jar offers an authentic taste of the local landscape. Seasonal honey is available subject to harvest yields and stock levels, with honey supplied in both 8oz and 10.5oz jars.

In addition to raw honey, South Lakes Honey Company also offers honeycomb and a range of handmade scented beeswax products. Every beeswax product is crafted with care using wax produced by the bees, creating natural products inspired by traditional beekeeping.
