Loch Ness Honey Company is a Highland based beekeeper managing over 100 colonies across Inverness and Moray. Their bees forage in some of Scotland’s most iconic landscapes, producing exceptional local honey shaped by the wild and unspoilt environment of the Scottish Highlands.

Apiaries are located across a wide area, including sites near Loch Ness and throughout Moray, where bees collect nectar from native heather, wildflowers, trees, and flowering shrubs. Heather honey is a particular speciality of the region, prized for its rich flavour, thick texture, and distinctive character. Seasonal variation in forage also produces lighter wildflower honeys, reflecting the diverse Highland landscape.
