Gabrielle and Adrian produce pure, natural honey from their own hives, using only the surplus honey their bees create each season. Based in Milton Keynes, they manage apiaries across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire and Oxfordshire, producing honey and beeswax that are carefully crafted into candles, cosmetic products and traditional polishes.

They have also developed a distinctive range of flavoured and infused honeys, all made in small batches. From their fiery Hot Honey infused with chilli, to the much-loved Ginger and Turmeric, warming Cinnamon, and even Matcha, each jar reflects both creativity and care.

When they are not at local markets or tending the hives in their bee suits, Gabrielle and Adrian run hands-on beekeeping experiences, corporate workshops, and Bee Clubs in local schools, sharing their passion for bees and the wider natural world.
